HMEA Day Services offer two programs with the goal of helping people become active members of their communities through employment volunteering and community membership. We believe that it is important that the people supported at HMEA spend their workweek in a productive and meaningful way and that services are based on the unique needs and preferences of each individual.
If you have questions or want more information about Day Services please don't hesitate to contact Jule Noack, Chief Operating Office and Senior Vice President of Adult Services at 508.298-1130 or email her at jnoack@hmea.org.

HMEA's Employment Programs provides people with disabilities the opportunity to pursue meaningful employment either on a full- or part-time basis. For people in the Employment Program who work part-time, HMEA encourages volunteering for community organizations, or leisure and recreation activities to supplement their day.
Staff provide people who participate in the Employment Program the necessary assistance to secure gainful employment or volunteer opportunities. The assistance includes vocational skills assessment, job identification, job placement and training. The goal of the Employment Program is to be community-based and that those who are in the program spend the majority of their time in their communities involved in activities that are of interest to them.
HMEA's Employment Programs serve people 22 years of age and older who live within the commuting distance of program locations in the following cities and towns: Bellingham, Clinton, Hopedale, Plainville and Worcester.
